Red Stone Eatery Inc. is a partnership between Jason Nicholson, who has been cooking professionally for over 20 years, and Julie Chapman, who has an extensive background in logistics and business.

Both Julie and Jason have a passion for good, whole food sourced from local farms.  Our suppliers are our main asset and if we can get it from a local farm, we do.

Jason’s talent, creativity, and genuine love of good food shows in the food he prepares.  He personally creates every menu.
